Taido, 1.11.

Tengi. For warmup some low level unshin combinations starting from different position like from sitting sideways.

Udezenten from running was idea.. I can't yet do it and usually train it with helpers. Well, I didn't get hurt, but it wasn't too close succeeding. After couple of attempts I start "bracing for impact".. :P But it actually didn't feel bad, at least it's my feet that take the impact.

Bakuten. I should have strong helpers to be able to practice it, now I didn't.. I did one try, and after that just "bridgefalls". Atleast, it doesn't feel anymore so painful at back, year ago it was torturous.

Bakuchu. It has been a while since I last time tried this, almost year ago. I even needed to ask what to do. Jump up, wait for rising, make ball of yourself, wait until you have spinned enough, step down. Second waiting was bit problematic, and I feel there is possibility of kneeing myself. Come to think it, if I just have balled up myself tightly enough, it shouldn't kill me if I drop to ground upside down. Because it's the knees that hit the tatami before it pushes my head so far that it would break my neck. In theory. I'm not going to try it. Anyway, bakuchu felt like something I could make progress in.
